Q.   Is there a special hotel rate for conference participants?

Q.  Do you have a brochure?

Q.  How do I register as an attendee?

Q.  What are STP’s payment policies for attendees?
A.  To expedite your registration, please have your Visa, MasterCard or American Express card available when registering.  You may also choose to be invoiced for the conference fee.  Invoices are payable upon receipt and prepayment (or a federal government purchase order) is required prior to attendance.  Please make checks payable to Software Test Professionals.

Q.  What are STP’s cancellation policies for attendees?
A.  All cancellations must be made in writing. You may cancel without penalty until September 23, 2011 after which a $150 cancellation fee will be charged. No-shows and cancellations after October 7, 2011 will be charged the full conference rate. Cancellation policies apply to both conference and pre-conference workshop registrations.

Q.  Can I send someone in my place if I can no longer attend?
A.  You may substitute a colleague at any time prior to the first day of the conference.  Simply email the change to info@softwaretestpro.com or call our customer service at 719.476.0301 or 877.257.9531.

Q.  When are pre-conference workshops?
