Cancellation and Payment Policies:
Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be made in writing. You may cancel without penalty until September 22, 2010 after which a $150 cancellation fee will be charged. No-shows and cancellations after October 6, 2010 will be charged the full conference rate. Cancellation policies apply to both conference and pre-conference workshop registrations.
Payment Information:
To expedite your registration, please have your Visa, MasterCard or American Express card available when registering. You may also choose to be invoiced for the conference fee. Invoices are payable upon receipt and prepayment (or a federal government purchase order) is required prior to attendance. Please make checks payable to Redwood Collaborative Media.
