Conference Discounts

  • Early Bird Discount: Register by March 1, 2013 to receive $400.00 off the Main Conference Package and $500.00 off the Main Conference PLUS 1-Day Package.
  • STP PRO Member Discount: $100.00 off all Registration Packages
  • STP PLATINUM Member Discount: Receive a complimentary Main Conference Registration Pass and $100.00 off any team member Registration Packages.
  • STP PLATINUM PLUS Member Discount: Receive a complimentary Main Conference PLUS 1-day Workshop Registration Pass and $100.00 off any team member Registration Packages.
  • Team Discounts: For 3 or more attendees from the same organization receive up to $500.00 off their conference registration (see table above for pricing).
Cancellation and Payment Policies: All cancellations must be made in writing. You may cancel without penalty until March 15, 2013 after which a $150 cancellation fee will be charged. No-shows and cancellations after April 1, 2013 will be charged the full conference rate. Cancellation policies apply to both conference and pre-conference workshop registrations.

Payment Information: To expedite your registration, please have your Visa, MasterCard or American Express card available when registering. You may also choose to be invoiced for the conference fee. Invoices are payable upon receipt and prepayment (or a federal government purchase order) is required prior to attendance. Please make checks payable to Contact Center Association. We’ve made it easy to gain approval for conference attendance. Use the Letter of Approval form on the website to formally request approval from management.
